While vacations to new unknown planets and destinations are incredible, Lunar Horizons has also paved the way for accurate, short suborbital travel. This allows for trips that would normally take hours using a traditional aircraft to mere minutes. We are proud to announce that we have landing stations for over 20 major cities across all continents except Antarctica and will be making this mode of travel publicly available very soon.
Most of our ships consist of 8 small rockets that are able to propel the ship from each of our launch sites into the atmosphere before 4 of them detach once reaching roughly 18 kilometers into the air. The days of sending thrusters to the ocean and polluting it are gone with our signature recovery procedure utilizing a complex parachuting system with precise location targeting so that they may be used once more with minimal damage. Likewise, we have utilized a runway system for landing on all of our spacecraft. In the future, we are considering switching to a splashdown technique in water for only ship landings to minimize landing resources and mitigate water pollution from booster splashdowns.
